Summary/Issue: It was previously reported that DocPrep would not provide enough information when a transaction did not process completely, or when an error in the system prevented transactions from processing.

DocPrep has been enhanced to provide better messaging when TRIDs are involved, including the following:

  • When transaction do not produce TRID documents
  • Internal system errors occur
  • Incorrect content information is provided
